• Guest list: track RSVPs (confirmed, pending or declined), party sizes, meal choices and notes, with automatic headcounts.
• Budget: set a goal, list estimated and actual costs, mark what's paid, and watch the meter fill.
• Timeline and to-dos: tasks grouped from 10+ weeks out to the week of, with checkboxes and progress bars.
• Vendors: contacts, quotes, booking status and notes for every vendor.
• Notes: ideas, inspiration and last-minute reminders.

Make it yours:

• Start from the sample event to see how it works, then click New blank plan.
• Change the background and header colors to match your theme.
• Print or save any plan as a PDF to share with your co-host.

Private and simple:

• Opens in any web browser, with no app, account or subscription.
• Nothing is uploaded, and your plan stays on your device.
• Your plan does not save automatically. Click "Save (.json)" to download your plan, and "Load (.json)" to pick up where you left off. The planner warns you before you close with unsaved changes.
• Reuse it for every event: save a separate file for each one.
